Fees consist of 2 components:

• Standard hourly rate on all advisory hours spent; and

• Performance base contingent fees on cash saving materialized during the engagement period.

Note that a retainer will be required upon signing an engagement letter to begin advisory services.

In the event that client requests FX-cient to travel out-of-city or out-of-country to client's site, reasonable out-of-pocket expenses will be pre-approved by the client and recharged to the client.

Pricing structure

For first year engagement, FX-cient offers a guarantee to ensure hours spent on cash saving initiatives won't be a zero sum game to the client. FX-cient guarantees the cash saving before taxes in your pocket will be more than the fees to FX-cient.

Note that this guarantee excludes advisory hours spent on issues not directly related to cash saving, such as treasury strategy, cash management reporting, internal controls and fraud risk mitigation.
